RETURN & EXCHANGE

Refund policy

At ZereSouq, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Because we believe in giving you the best customer experience, we personally check every time we ship to you and are always available for you in case you face any issues with the order you received. All merchandise can be exchanged or a refund requested within 2 days of receiving the order. Kindly write to customersupport@zeresouq.com with your order number.

(ZereSouq reserves the right to reject exchanges if any conditions are not met.) 
EXCHANGES

We make merchandise exchanges and returns for any of the following reasons only.

Wrong Size Received 
Damaged Goods on Delivery 
Package open on delivery 

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Only if Products are returned in their original condition – Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered, Undamaged, Clean, Free of lint, hair and with original tag, 
With their original packaging and receipt attached. 
For products received in a damaged condition, please send us photo proof along with the order number to customersupport@zeresouq.com. 
All exchange or return of products may be done to ZERESOUQ online store at the customers expense. 
Products bought on sale OR as part of promo offer cannot be exchanged and refunded. 

REFUNDS:

A request for refund (e-credit) should be placed within 24 hours of receiving the order. 
Unfortunately we cannot make Cash Refunds or Credit Card reversal. 
You will receive E- credit which is of the value of the products you returned. This credit will reflect in your account on ZereSouq, which can be used for your future purchases on any other product from ZereSouq. 


FEEDBACK AND GRIEVANCE 
Feedback and grievance with regard to Cash on Delivery Policy may be sent to zeresouq.com, to the contacts mentioned in the Terms and Conditions for this Website.
